To some students it is a shock to move to a large European city. Taking public transport is an everyday occurrence and you soon get used to it. The Paris Metro and bus network is one of the quickest and most efficient in the world and will become your friend during your stay.

Why spend time flicking through text books, looking up images online when you can simply wander down to The Louvre, Musée D’Orsay, Rodin Museum, Pompidou Center, Picasso Museum and Cluny Museum, to name but a few! Living in Paris, the resources available are immense and AIFS gives you plenty of help to make the most of your time.
