Homestay Families
Homestays in Cusco offer a warm and friendly atmosphere and home-cooked food, affording students the chance not only to learn Spanish but to understand the customs and culture of Peruvian life through the experience of living with a local family.
Homestay families are usually located in the more affluent residential parts of Cusco, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and within a short ride by taxi of the AIFS Study Center. Students will have a private room and all meals are included.
Your homestay mum may be a retired teacher whose children have left home but visit regularly or a retired dentist and housewife, for example. Many families have long relationships with the staff at the AIFS Study Center.
