AIFS students are typically housed in residential apartments in the historic center of Florence that are selected and run by the AIFS team. Though no two apartments are the same and all are in different districts of the city, every apartment has the modern basics despite the age of some of the buildings they are in! Students really feel like they are living in history in these medieval palazzi, and feel priviledged to be part of the communities that make up the historical centre. All apartments are a short walk from school, museums, shops and of course, authentic Florentine life!
