How to Apply & Who to Contact
NCSAC Application and Enrollment Procedure

- Complete the AIFS enrollment form in its entirety, and pay your deposit at the end.
Your school will not allow you to proceed with your application until this step is completed. Priority Registration deadline is April 15, 2011. - Apply to each of the 3 schools within the consortium:
College of San Mateo
Cosumnes River College
Santa Rosa Junior College - Submit the following documents to your school:
- Application Checklist
- Course Preference Sheet
- Transcript (unofficial is fine)
- Signed Agreement and Release Form
- Signed Liability Waiver
- 4 2”x2” head shot photos with your name and program on the back of each. These must be actual photographs. Photocopies cannot be accepted.
- Copy of the information page of your passport (the page with your picture). If you do not have a passport, apply immediately, and provide the copy when you get your passport.
- Scholarship Application (if applying)
- Financial Aid Forms (if applicable)

Upon completion of your school’s application procedure, your coordinator will either approve or reject your enrollment form with AIFS. If approved, AIFS will bill you directly. If not approved, AIFS will refund your deposit in full.
